At Kind Essentials, we take pride in creating luxury candles and home fragrances using high-quality ingredients and careful craftsmanship. We hope you love your purchase, however please read our refund policy carefully before ordering.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

Failure to read product descriptions
Due to the nature of our products, used or opened candles, room sprays, or fragrance items cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kindessentials.com.au including:

Photographic evidence of the damage or fault
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
