Shipping policy

At Kind Essentials, we carefully pack and dispatch each order to ensure your luxury candles and home fragrances arrive safely and beautifully.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated where possible.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Courier delays

  • Weather or peak periods

Kind Essentials is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.


Fragile Items & Care

Our products are fragile by nature. While we take great care in packaging, we ask customers to handle parcels with care upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order where possible.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@kindessentials.com.au, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to lodge a claim with the courier.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Kind Essentials is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the courier directly using your tracking details

  • If unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible

Kind Essentials is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
